We are currently seeking a talented International Sales Manager to join our Team.

Based in the UK and reporting to the General Manager, International Sales, you will be responsible for generating, developing and closing new sales opportunities from new and existing customers. 

Working as an integral part of the Sales Team, you will prepare structured and detailed proposals, and work with programme management to ensure that leads and proposals are converted into successful programmes. 

As a key part of the Commercial Team, you will attend industry conferences and exhibitions and will build and maintain effective customer relationships.

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

  • Solid experience as a Sales Manager selling capital products in the airline industry (preferably aircraft interiors).
  • Understanding of or interest in the airline industry.
  • Experience of working in a rapidly growing challenging business with aggressive sales targets.
  • Demonstrable success in generating leads and in closing sales.
  • International sales experience and the willingness to travel internationally when required.
  • A very strong work ethic and high levels of integrity, adaptability and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A structured, commercially driven and numerical thinker who has the ability to work in a sales team with a strong team ethic.
  • Demonstrable ability to diagnose real customer needs and show a high customer-orientated approach to work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders within the business.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines successfully in a fast-paced environment or away from the office sometimes in difficult environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a particular focus on Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
